DAY TICKETS AVAILABLE FROM 26th AUGUST

Join us on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday - or mix and match and come along for as many days as you wish. Your ticket will include a catered lunch and dinner, so all you need to do is arrive ready to experience the magic of Woven Wild. Arrival is between 8-10am when the gates will be open with our beautiful volunteers waiting to greet you! Please be punctual and arrive within this window of time. The morning Hearthfire begins at 9am, where the whole village will gather for songs and workshop announcements. So if you would love to begin he day together, please arrive before 9am. Car pooling is highly encouraged, so gather your tribe of sisters and come along for the day! See our schedule below to get an idea of what day inspires and calls to your heart the most. The schedule could potentially change due to unforeseen circumstances and the mystery of life. We apologise for any inconvenience should that happen, however we are ever hopeful that all will flow seamlessly!

CAMPING CAR PASSES

If you are intending to camp in your vehicle you MUST BUY a camping car pass. This pass is NOT available through the payment plan link. If you are intending to purchase your main ticket through a payment plan link, you will need to purchase your camping car pass in a separate transaction through the upfront payment link.  THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF THESE AVAILABLE.

PAYMENT PLANS

A limited number of payment plans are available with AFTERPAY through the link above. This link is different to the main ticket link. Please note that you MUST CHOOSE AFTERPAY at checkout  to get on a payment plan as the credit card option in this link will still charge you the full amount. AFTERPAY payments split the cost of a ticket into 4 payments charged fortnightly. There a limited number of payment plan tickets available. Also please note that there is a 3.5% fee added to a payment plan ticket to cover the afterpay fee. 

 

CHILD / MAIDEN TICKETS

​All babies, children and maidens attending the gathering must be registered with a ticket.

Please ensure you purchase the correct ticket for them to attend.

• The ticket for children aged 2 or under is FREE.

• The ticket for Wildlings aged 3-5  is FREE.

• The ticket for Wildlings aged 6-10 is $400.

• The ticket for Wild Blossoms aged 11-17  is $500.

• Note, there are a limited number of spaces for children and maidens aged 3-17 in the Wildlings and Wild Blossoms Program.

• Boys attending must be under 8 years old. They will still require a ticket for the relevant age group.

REFUNDS / TRANSFERS

All tickets and passes are non-refundable; however they are fully transferable and may be resold for their face value if you are unable to attend.

Please contact Woven Wild for transfer of name on a ticket if needed.
