The Village
Welcome to the village of Woven Wild – an intimate, hand-crafted community that comes alive for our gathering. For five days and four nights, we co-create the warmth and rhythm of village life, where bare feet kiss the earth and hearts join in sisterhood. Each shared space in our village is a vital thread, lovingly woven to hold and nurture everyone who joins us. Here, under open skies and ancient trees, we return to simple ways and remember what it means to belong. Together we learn, sing, dance, create, and care for one another.

In our village you’ll find sacred spaces for learning and healing, cozy corners for rest, and circles for coming together in celebration. From the central Hearth Fire to the quiet Red Tent, from creative workshops to nourishing meals, every space invites you in with a gentle, earthy welcome. Explore our communal spaces below, and imagine yourself among us – connected, safe, and wildly free in the heart of Woven Wild.

The Hearth Fire
At the center of our village burns the Hearth Fire – the heart of the gathering.
Each morning and evening we gather at the hearth — the central fire — to open and close the day as a village. Through shared song, storytelling, and silence, we come into rhythm with each other and the land.
Workshop Spaces
Embodiment, Rites of Passage & Women’s Wisdom
Two open-air spaces to hold workshops in yoga, dance, breathwork, women’s mysteries, rites of passage, sexuality, and somatic healing. These sessions are spacious, embodied, and heart-led.
The Crafting Space
Earth Skills & Herbal Knowledge
A hands-on haven of creativity and ancestral skills. This is where our fingers meet the soil, the clay, the fibre, and the herbs, reconnecting us with ancestral ways and earth-based living.
The Red Tent
Rest for Bleeding Women
A quiet space for menstruating women to rest, reflect, and receive womb-nourishing care. With soft lighting and herbal teas, it’s a sacred space to simply be and attend gentle womb-based workshops and nourishment.

Support for Mothers
A peaceful space for mothers with babies and young children. This is not a childcare area, but a sanctuary where mumma’s can rest, and receive gentle support while staying with their little ones.
Wildlings
A Sacred Grove for Young Children (Ages 3–10)
Wildlings is a child-led, drop-off program rooted in nature connection and creative play. It’s a sanctuary where children can explore, create, and connect through the rhythms of the land.

Children may attend one or both.
Facilitated by a team of four experienced women supported by volunteers.
This is more than childcare. It’s a village within the village — where wonder, wildness, and deep care meet.

Healing Space
A quiet place to return to your body.
Held by experienced practitioners, this space offers hands-on support through modalities like massage, cranio-sacral, and energy-based healing. It’s a place to integrate, rest, and tend to what’s moving — physically, emotionally, or energetically.
First Aid Tent
This space is reserved for medical emergencies only and will be staffed by individuals trained in remote area first aid.
For minor needs like cuts, scrapes, or headaches, please bring your own personal first aid supplies — the tent is not equipped for general use.
The nearest hospital is 15 minutes away, and we ask all participants to take care in moving through the land and tending their own well-being.
Camping Areas & Parking
Camping at Woven Wild is simple, spacious, and close to the land. Most camping zones are car-free, creating a quiet and safe environment for rest and connection. A small number of car camping passes are available for those who need to stay with their vehicle — all other cars will remain in the designated car park at the top of the property.
On arrival, you’ll be greeted and guided to the parking area, then ferried in our vehicles down the valley to designated drop-off points near the camping areas. At the end of the gathering, we’ll ferry you and your belongings back to the car park.
You’re also welcome to walk to your vehicle during the gathering if needed — it’s about a 5–10 minute walk, though please note, it is a steep hill up to the carpark!
Be prepared to walk throughout the gathering, as the village is spread across the land. If you have small children, a trolley or cart may be helpful for moving your things.
As all meals are provided and tea stations are set up throughout the village, you do not need to bring cooking equipment. Please just bring your own bowl, plate, cup, and cutlery for meals.
You’ll need to bring your own tent, bedding, and personal essentials.
Check the 'What to Bring’ list before you pack to ensure you have everything you need.
We ask that any driving on the land is kept to an absolute minimum, to keep the camping and gathering spaces safe for children and peaceful for all who attend.
