Welcome to Woven Wild ~

A Wisdom Keepers Gathering

Sisters

Woven Wild ~ A Wisdom Keepers Gathering has been dreamed up from deep within the hearts and bones of a collective group of Sisters, sharing a vision of connection and returning to the sacred ways of sisterhood, community, land and embodied ancient feminine wisdom.

Together we have merged our visions and dreams, building them from the ground up through feminine principles and heart centred core values. Our foundations are grounded in co-creation, collaboration, cyclic wisdom and innate feminine embodiment. Earth based skills, traditions and practices are at the heart of our vision, keeping the experience of attending Woven Wild grounded and Earth centred, a returning to our roots, our body and our innate feminine wisdom.

Our mission is informed through earth based and feminine principles, guiding our choices and actions from behind the scenes and throughout the whole festival.

With love,

Anki, Portia, Georgia, Sa, Jessie & Nic.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve women and the collective sisterhood through providing a space for education, growth learning and healing.

We strive to empower women in their skills and knowledge, whilst fostering a nourishing space that serves to heal the collective sisterhood.

We acknowledge the importance in reclaiming and remembering ancient feminine wisdom, ancestral skills, modalities of sovereign healing, birthing and mothering, womb wisdom and the miraculous wonderment of the female body. We acknowledge the importance of creating spaces for shared stories, vision and conversation, connection to nature and to slow down and remember who we are and what is important.

In these poignant times, we feel passionate about grounded, earth based wisdom and spirituality, coming home to the simple things, uniting us in sisterhood to support each other and dream a new and beautiful way forward. We walk with the earth as our teacher and honour the natural world with reverence. Our mission is to foster connection to the land, whilst giving back through projects and education offered throughout the festival.

Our mission is born from passion and heart, determination and love, bringing forward this vision to unite and serve women in the remembrance of their wild hearts and sacred bodies.

Our Ethos

At Woven Wild we come together from many backgrounds, experiences, and origins from all over the world. We come together to share our unique gifts, experiences and authentic selves, to learn from each other and connect. We honour the uniqueness of our individual stories, creating a rich tapestry of diverse experiences, in an ever changing world.

Woven Wild is a collective community, ever growing and evolving through this journey together. We acknowledge our imperfections as humans, learning from each other and within our mistakes we find forgiveness ~ for each other and ourselves. Together we reflect the full spectrum of experience and perspective, we move as a circle. We are all equal and we treat each other with respect. We are the many faces of the goddess and we honour the wisdom and the gifts that each woman brings, beyond ideology or political stance.

At Woven Wild we urge each participant to make a commitment to themselves to show up with an open heart, a willingness to be authentic and to take personal responsibility for themselves and their experience. We are aware that we are all interconnected and yet can empower ourselves to own our triggers, find clarity, compassion and kindness as the path to resolution and ask for help or seek support when our own inner resources feel lacking.

We acknowledge that in coming together in our unique and diverse ways, we create a social ecosystem that reflects aspects of the broader culture that we live in. Within this lies the opportunity for deep healing and growth as we witness ourselves with loving awareness, to honour the prayer for acceptance, connection, compassion and unity.

At Woven Wild we do not align with any particular political, cultural or religious agenda. We honour vast and diverse ways of thinking and doing and strive for a nuanced perspective. We invite participants to be curious and open to the wisdom of all lineages and perspectives, without needing to enforce their own 'truth'. We encourage all participants to be validated in what feels 'right' and 'true' for them individually, honouring our differences and the beauty of diverse wisdom.

Woven Wild has a strong focus on Women's mystery work, providing teachings of feminine wisdom for the empowerment and thrival of Women. The heart of these teachings are embedded in the understanding that women hold the wisdom of their own healing within themselves and are the masters of their own lives. The Women's Mysteries are wisdom teachings based on nature, the physiology of the female body and a return to a deep rooted connection with the body. The teachings simply serve as reminders of what already lies within, sometimes forgotten and therefore needing to be remembered. The teachings are not indoctrination's, but invitations into a deeper listening of our own knowing.

Woven Wild has a deep respect, honouring and encouragement for the learning of ancestral skills, understanding the potency of how these skills offer deepened connection to nature and the understanding of our inter-connectedness with the natural world. We hold the prayer to call in a diverse range of teachers and wisdom keepers to share these skills, offering participants the opportunity to develop their own skill-set and feel their own ancestral connections through these teachings.

Nourishment is a vital aspect of the feminine way. With this knowing we offer nourishing food that is sourced and grown with the highest integrity, honouring the full cycle of life, returning scraps into compost and participating in the full spectrum of food and land integrity.

Woven Wild creates space for nourishment of body, mind and spirit through its environment, its offerings, its intentions, the collective honouring of all participants and the loving awareness offered through the entire dreaming, coordination and co-creation of this festival. Woven Wild encourages all participants to create a personal intention to nourish and be nourished by the festival, an opportunity for deep nervous system reset, inner spiritual and emotional healing and rest. We encourage all participants to listen closely to their inner needs and honour these in as many ways as possible. (There will be an abundance of opportunities!)

We honour diversity and authenticity and celebrate all shapes, sizes and ages of the female body and see the beauty in all forms. We acknowledge that beauty comes through kindness, authenticity, grace, joyfulness, self love and acceptance and the willingness to be vulnerable in our own skin. We encourage and celebrate all participants to be themselves, letting go of societal values around beauty, success, popularity and worthiness.

If our ethos resonates with you, we look forward to sharing this magical space, weaving our wild, unique ways together in reciprocity and sisterhood.

With Love
