(all healers MUST provide a copy of their personal liability and professional indemnity insurance to be eligible. This is not negotiable. If you do not have this yet, please email us directly within the week of acceptance with a copy of your insurances.)

Details To Note:

- Healers stall fee is $250 per person. This includes entry, all lunches and dinners covered, camping, car park car pass (not car camping) and any workshops outside your working hours. (which is included in the $725 ticket to Woven Wild).

- The hourly rate for treatments is $100 p/h. If you would like to set a higher rate please talk to us and we can discuss this.

- A minimum of 5hrs work a day is required. You are welcome to work more hours if you wish.

- Healers will need to bring their own infrastructure - bell tent / gazebo with all your needs to create your Healers Hub. There will be a group zoom call where we can discuss this as you may want to co-create a space together as a collective of healers.

- Woven Wild does not cover the costs/materials of your healing work, please factor this into your planning.

- Booking spots for your treatments will happen via a sign up sheet at the festival after the opening ceremony. Please prepare your own sign up sheets as this is unique to your own length of treatments and capacity. We do ask that you work a minimum of 6hrs a day.

- The bio and photo you provide will also feature on our social media and website. We will advertise your offerings, as well as links to your Instagram handle or website.

- We ask that all healers, facilitators, volunteers and participants stay for the entirety of the 5 day festival. This is not only for safety and logistics, but also to create a beautiful and deep container of sisterhood over the 5 days gathered together.

- Arrival will be Thursday 18th at 12pm which will allow you time to set up your healing space before the official arrival time for participants of 2pm. Departure and pack down of the healers space will be on Monday morning the 22nd after the closing ceremony.

- You will need Personal Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance to be eligible. Please acquire this, if you don't already have it, and send it to us within a week or two of being accepted.

- You will also need to obtain a Working With Children Check and send this to us within a week or two of being accepted.

- We ask that you are able to attend an online healers group zoom call before the gathering and a group meeting at the festival site to run through the flow and logistics of the healers space.

- An email response will be sent to you confirming your spot or not, please look out for it in your inbox and spam. We are taking on a limited number of healers, if accepted you will be emailed additional information about the flow with dates and time etc, so please keep an eye out for our emails.

- Once you have secured your space and made the commitment there will be no refund if you decide to pull out. We are taking on a very select few healers, so please only submit if you 100% agree to all the terms.

Woven Wild has a strong focus on Women's mystery work, providing teachings of feminine wisdom for the empowerment and thrival of Women. The heart of these teachings are embedded in the understanding that women hold the wisdom of their own healing within themselves and are the masters of their own lives. The Women's Mysteries are wisdom teachings based on nature, the physiology of the female body and a return to a deep rooted connection to the body. The teachings simply serve as reminders of what

Woven Wild has a deep respect, honouring and encouragement for the learning of ancestral skills, understanding the potency of how these skills offer a deep connection to nature and the understanding of our interconnectedness with the natural world through these teachings. We hold the prayer to call in many divers teachers and wisdom keepers of these skills, offering participants the opportunity to develop their own skill-set and feel their own ancestral connections through these teachings.

Woven Wild creates space for deep nourishment of body mind and spirit through its environment, its offerings, its intentions, the collective honouring of all participants and the loving awareness offered through the entire dreaming, co-ordination and co-creation of this festival.
