Proof of valid 'Working With Children's Check'. (If you do not have one you will need to acquire one within a few weeks of being accepted)

(All volunteers MUST provide have a working with children's check to be eligible. This is not negotiable. If you do not have this yet, please email us directly within a week or two of acceptance with a copy of your WWCC.)

Details To Note:

- Woven Wild will require a $250 deposit to secure your spot as a volunteer at the festival. Once all your shifts have been marked off by your Team Leader we will return the full deposit back into your bank account after the festival. This is to ensure your commitment and help to the gathering the whole way through. Thank you for understanding, this is non negotiable.

- Every volunteer will need to complete a total of 24 hours, this will look like 3-4 hours a day for 6 days. All volunteers are required to be onsite and ready to attend a meeting at 12pm on the day they have agreed to start.

- If you do not complete your hours or you cancel after the 15th of August you will NOT receive a refund.

Please note the following dates:

Cancellation before the 1st July - receive a full refund of $200 (Please note the commitment fee of $50 is non-refundable.)
Cancellation before 15th August - received a partial refund $100 (Please note the commitment fee of $50 is non-refundable.)
Cancellation after August 15th - no refund offered.

No show or not completing your volunteer hours at the gathering will also result in no refund.

- The exchange for your volunteer help is a free ticket valued at $725 with lunches and dinners, camping, car park car pass (not car camping) and workshops included.

- Attendance to an online volunteers zoom call before the gathering and a group meeting at the festival site to run through the flow and logistics of the festival.

- If you do not already have a valid Working With Children's Check you will need to obtain one within a week or two of being accepted.

- An email response will be sent to you confirming your spot or not, please look out for it in your inbox and spam. If accepted you will be emailed additional information about the flow with dates, time, volunteer team leaders etc, so please keep an eye out for our emails. If you are not accepted you will be put on a wait-list so keep your eye out! You will have 3 days to respond to the email before it will go to the next in line on the wait list. (If you have purchased a ticket and then get emailed about a vollunteer spot we will refund your ticket)

Woven Wild has a strong focus on Women's mystery work, providing teachings of feminine wisdom for the empowerment and thrival of Women. The heart of these teachings are embedded in the understanding that women hold the wisdom of their own healing within themselves and are the masters of their own lives. The Women's Mysteries are wisdom teachings based on nature, the physiology of the female body and a return to a deep rooted connection to the body. The teachings simply serve as reminders of what

Woven Wild has a deep respect, honouring and encouragement for the learning of ancestral skills, understanding the potency of how these skills offer a deep connection to nature and the understanding of our interconnectedness with the natural world through these teachings. We hold the prayer to call in many divers teachers and wisdom keepers of these skills, offering participants the opportunity to develop their own skill-set and feel their own ancestral connections through these teachings.

Woven Wild creates space for deep nourishment of body mind and spirit through its environment, its offerings, its intentions, the collective honouring of all participants and the loving awareness offered through the entire dreaming, co-ordination and co-creation of this festival.
